Quantum Computing

Artificial Intelligence is studied in overlapping fields of neuroscience, computer science, psychology and engineering. It is limited. The big question is whether or not a human consciousness might be able to ‘live’ inside a computer.

Unlike conventional computer systems which use binary code. Quantum computers use quantum-mechanical phenomena such as superposition and entanglement. They are different from binary digital electronic computers based on transistors in the fact that they work with sub-atomic particles that can be in superposition. “Rather than representing bits – such particles represent qubits, which can take on the value 0, or 1, or both simultaneously.”  

Electronic brain links controlled through the use of computers are all a reality at the moment. What’s important here is since a person’s EM brain wavelengths can be digitally decoded and then manipulated. What is to stop the brain and or mind being ‘uploaded’ onto a quantum computer. The mind is a set of cognitive functions. Quantum computers should be able to decode and upload a mind as they operate similarly to particles in the brain. 100 million times faster than a laptop quantum computing may be the answer to living as a consciousness.
